Namirial’s integrated eSaw (esignanywhere) system allows you to sign any document saved in Building In Cloud with the same legal value as the handwritten signature in a simple and step by step guided way. The centralized electronic signature system, of which Namirial is the world leader, allows one or more documents to be sent for signature, even to several people at the same time, establishing the order in which the signature is affixed and the fields to be signed in advance.
The alert system does not allow for oversights: signature can be made from any device (mobile phone, PC, tablet) and with the security systems provided by your signature provider. Signed documents and pending signature documents will be highlighted within Namirial Building In Cloud.
